Born & raised in a small town in South Georgia, CEO Crystal B. Cooper is the Visionary Business Strategist of Cohesive Consulting. Her experiences in life, has afforded her the opportunity to speak on a platform that encourages & motivates individuals and business owners to expand beyond their own given circumstances. With over 15 years of involvement in strategic management, human resource solutions, diversified training, and project coordination with big box corporations, her capability to transform other corporations and small businesses into unimaginable expansion with highly trained employees is flawless.
Personally, she has accomplished every goal she set before her; being the first to receive a Bachelor's degree in her family. Crystal graduated from Clayton State University with her discipline of Administrative Management in 2010. After taking many leadership classes she went back to further her education, receiving her Master’s in Business Administration from Strayer University in 2019.
Crystal established Cohesive Consulting after recognizing the easiness of starting a business yet seeing startups closing soon after the 1 st year of development. The pain points of; client retention, increased turnover of staffing, profit generation, and maintaining an optimal standard of operations can be challenging and requires a systemic approach. Therefore, she begin developing roadmaps to ensure business's longevity is promising and that performance is successfully gainful.
